Nusila provides educational and coaching services related to mental performance and competitive preparation, including:

individual coaching consultations

Our services are educational and supportive in nature. Nusila does not guarantee any specific competitive outcome.
Nusila provides educational and performance-coaching services only. Our programmes and coaching are not psychological therapy, counselling or medical treatment, and are not a substitute for professional mental-health care. If you are dealing with a mental-health concern, please consult a qualified professional.
Eligibility
Our services are intended for adults and competitors of an appropriate age. By purchasing, you confirm that you are able to enter into a binding agreement and that the information you provide is accurate.
User Responsibilities
You agree to use our website and services lawfully and reasonably, to provide accurate information, and to keep any account details secure.
Orders and Registration
When you place an order or register for a course, consultation or product, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed once we accept it and, where relevant, payment is received.
Prices and Currency
All prices are shown in New Zealand dollars (NZ$). We aim to keep pricing accurate, but we may update prices from time to time. The price that applies is the one shown at the time of your purchase.
Payment
Payment is required to access paid content or to confirm a consultation. Payments are processed securely through our payment providers.
Access to Digital Content
Once payment is confirmed, you will be given access to your purchased digital content. Unless stated otherwise, you have access to purchased courses and materials for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Consultation Scheduling, Rescheduling and Cancellations
Coaching consultations are arranged with you directly. If you need to reschedule, please give us reasonable notice and we will do our best to accommodate you. Cancellations and any associated conditions will be handled fairly and in line with the refund conditions below and your rights under New Zealand law.
Refund Conditions
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other applicable New Zealand consumer law. Because our courses, guides and other products are digital and delivered immediately, please choose carefully. Where you have a valid concern about a product or service, contact us and we will work with you to resolve it in line with your consumer rights.
Intellectual Property
All course materials, digital products and website content are owned by Nusila or our licensors and are protected by law. When you purchase a product, you are granted a personal, non-transferable right to use it for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
You must not copy, share, redistribute, resell or publish our materials without our written permission. Unauthorised copying or redistribution is not permitted.
User Conduct
You agree not to misuse our website or services, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, disrupting the service, or infringing the rights of others.
Technical Requirements
